5 colheres (sopa) quinua em grão<br />
5 colheres (sopa) de quirela de milho<br />
1/2 cebola picada<br />
2 colheres de (sopa) de alho picado<br />
1 colher (sopa) de paprica picante<br />
3 colheres(sopa) de salsa picada<br />
2 colheres (sopa) de alho poró picado<br />
1 colher(sopa) de óleo de girassol<br />
sal a gosto<br />
1 xícara (chá) de macarrão integral ( usei o padre nosso)<br />
1/2 xícara (chá) de proteína de soja (miúda ou granulada) hidratada<br />
1 litro e meio de água quente<br />

Modo de preparo:<br />

Em uma panela de pressão coloque o óleo e refogue a cebola e o alho e seguida acrescente os demais ingredientes e a água, tampar a panela e cozinhar por 10 minutos após o barulho da pressão, exceto o macarrão.Depois desligar e aguardar para poder abrir e acrescentar o macarrão, ligar novamente e cozinhar com a panela destampada até o macarrão ficar macio.<br />

Depois com auxilio de um garfo amasse tudo até ficar uma pastinha. Com as mãos molhada faça uma bolinha e suavemente achatar. Em uma frigideira untada e quente doure os dois lados. Nessa receita rendeu 12 unidades de tamanho médio. <br />

uma vasilha coloque o óleo e refogue a cebola, o alho em seguida acrescente os
tomates, o sal e a páprica doce, mexa para não grudar, depois adicione a água e
a proteína de soja já hidratada e a salsinha, cozinhe até o molho ficar
encorpado. Em uma forma (utilizei uma para bolo inglês tamanho médio), coloquei
primeiro o molho, depois as rodelas de berinjela , molho e o queijo vegetal,
assim sucessivamente , cobrir com papel alumínio e assar em forno pré aquecido
180º por 30 minutos( esse tempo vai depender do seu forno, recomendo verificar
se a berinjela encontrasse cozida ), após esse tempo retire o papel alumínio e
deixe dourar.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">Deixar
de molho o grão de bico por 12 horas. Bater no liquidificador os grãos com o
leite vegetal de coco e o sal. Untar uma frigideira antiaderente com um fio de
óleo colocar três colheres (sopa) da massa batida, espalhar, baixar o fogo e
tampar, esperar dourar por completo um
lado e com cuidado para não quebrar virar e repetir o processo. Quando os dois
lados estiverem prontos colocar os
tomates e o queijo vegetal e polvilhar orégano. Essa receita rende seis
unidades. Usei uma frigideira pequena se for utilizar uma maior, coloque mais
massa, portanto o rendimento será menor, se desejar coloque 2 xícaras de grão
de bico de molho.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

12 unidades, comprei em lojas que vendem plásticos tipo 1,99 rsrsrsrs). Caso não tenha pode usar copinhos plásticos ou
até mesmo aqueles saquinhos para sacolé. O Importante e se refrescar de forma saudável

uma vasilha coloque todos os ingredientes e misture bem, por último o fermento
em pó. Unte com óleo, enfarinhar com farinha de trigo integral uma forma para muffin (a minha forma é para 12
unidade), com auxilio de uma colher de (sopa) colocar uma colherada da
mistura dentro da forma , assar em forno
a 180º por 20 minutos ou até dourar.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
